How To

Choosing Colours

To get started, try and select a colour that appeals to you. This can be done through a piece of artwork, rugs or furniture in your space. Furniture could be used for your main colour and accessories for your accent colours.

Lighting

True colour is best shown in natural daylight. Incandescent light brings out warm and yellow tones. Fluorescent lighting will cast a blue tone.

Strong accent colours may be too overpowering when painted on walls next to large windows but will work best when painted on walls in indirect light.

How We Can Help You

At the Real Paint Company, we supply a special range of colours to allow choice and what is appealing to you personally.

To make this colour selection process easier when you are undecided, we recommend that you order a few sample colour pots to paint on your wall. This may give you a better impression of the colour once you have painted a larger area.

You may also order a colour consultation whereby one of our knowledgeable colour consultants can come to your home and advise on colour and/or product type.

Please contact us if you are undecided and need a specific colour that is not available on this online shopping wesbite via email at admin@realpaint.co.za
